How can I add the app straight to my phone's home screen ("install" it)?

On an iPhone or iPad (iOS)

Important: on Apple devices this only works in the Safari browser.

1. Open TrailCamHub in Safari (the address you log in at, e.g. app.trailcamhub.com).

2. Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up (in the bottom bar; on iPad it's at the top right).

3. Scroll down in the menu and tap "Add to Home Screen".

4. Adjust the name if you like, then tap "Add" in the top right.

5. Done — the TrailCamHub icon is now on your home screen. Tapping it opens the app in full screen.

On an Android phone (e.g. Samsung, Google Pixel)

Best done in the Chrome browser.

1. Open TrailCamHub in Chrome (e.g. app.trailcamhub.com).

2. A prompt to "Install app" usually appears automatically — tap it. If it doesn't, tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right and choose "Install app" (or "Add to Home screen").

3. Confirm with "Install".

4. Done — the icon appears on your home screen / in your app drawer and opens in full screen.

Tip: open the real TrailCamHub website directly in your browser (not from inside another app), so the install option shows up reliably.
