3a - Ask others to invite you

If you mainly want to view the photos and videos that others share with you — a Viewer — someone who owns or manages those cameras needs to invite and approve you. For that, they need the right email address for your account.

That email is simply the address you registered with on trailcamhub.com. It has to match exactly, or the invitation won't reach your account.

You don't have to remember it — your dashboard shows it for you. In the welcome block, under "I'm a Viewer," you'll see the exact email to hand to your network. Share that address with whoever manages the cameras you want to see, and ask them to invite and approve you with it.

Once they approve you:

• The shared cameras appear under Approvals in your dashboard.

• You can browse their photos and videos in Media.

A couple of things worth knowing:

• Viewing shared content is free — you don't need credits or a Manager plan to be a Viewer.

• If an invitation doesn't appear, check that the person used exactly your registration email (no typos, same address) — a mismatch is the most common reason an invite doesn't show up.
