1 - How do I create an account and start the free trial?

Click Start free trial on our website and register with your email — that's it, you're in. You can add cameras and upload photos right away.

Every account comes with 100 free credits to get you started. Use them to run AI detection on your own photos and videos — or to test the API — at 1 credit per image and 10 per video.

You don't need any credits at all for a free Viewer account. If you only want to view the photos and videos that others share with you, and you're not connecting your own trail camera, viewing shared content is always free — no credits required.

When you've used up your free credits, you'll see a prompt in your dashboard explaining how to continue — either by getting a Manager license or topping up credits — so you can keep running detections without interruption.
